Just steps to New Marina and Park, walk to Restaurants, Shopping, Farmers Market, and Charlevoix's beautiful beaches! Watch spectacular Venetian Fireworks, boats and sunrises from the enclosed deck! Heated garage makes parking in town a snap. Park the car and walk Everywhere. Beach is a beautiful walk down the Pine River Channel to the Lighthouse without setting foot on a city street. There is not a better location in Charlevoix.

The crown jewel of the north, East Park sits in the heart of downtown Charlevoix and is 50 yards from the front door of the condo. Renovated in 2008, the park is beautifully kept and the ideal location for a family picnic or community event. Nestled between the downtown shopping district and the Round Lake Yacht basin, East Park features the Odmark Music Pavilion where the Summer Concert Series takes place. Bring a towel because children of all ages will enjoy cooling off in the Fountain of Youth, a 30' diameter heated interactive water fountain with multiple water nozzles and choreographed lighting and music. Additionally, the East Park Trout Habitat is a fully functioning trout ecosystem. The habitat is designed to replicate the conditions found in a northern Michigan trout stream.

This rental was more than you would expect. Completely well stocked kitchen (even tho we did not eat/cook in the rental if needed it was available. Very clean & beautiful. Convenient & close to everything. We parked & never drove anywhere all weekend. My only suggestion would be to have more information on parking. (The garage space was tight for Toyota Tundra & street parking would have cost way more if we didn't get to park in the garage) smaller vehicle would have been way more convenient.

A great family get away!!

The place was exactly as it says! Super close to so much ! The place itself is big and nice! The walk to the pier was close and my kids enjoyed fishing and walking around the shops ! The area was beautiful ! Everything was amazing and we will be back! Garage is a perk/ we did have a large truck that didn’t fit but if your car does fit , it helps a ton! Totally recommend this property !

quick get away

My husband and I had a very nice stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all of the boats. The location is perfect for walking downtown and enjoying all of the cute shops along the way. The condo was perfect and very comfortable.

I have been vacationing in Charlevoix for 30 years (and I'm only 35:) first with my parents and now with my husband and children. Whatever the season, it is truly an amazing place! Although we enjoy our home in Spring Lake, MI, we do our very best to get 'up north' to Charlevoix, the Beautiful, as often as possible. We all enjoy the beaches, restaurants, shopping, boating, marinas, golfing, library, orchards, festivals, neighboring towns, etc. We're so fortunate to have found this property located precisely where we wanted it: just a block from the beach (the sunsets are INCREDIBLE) and a few blocks from downtown (Bridge Street). In the winter, we take advantage of skiing at Nubs Nob, Boyne Highlands/Mountain and sledding/ice skating locally at Mt McSauba.
