War alles super, sauber, gerne wieder. Am ersten Tag ging das Warmwasser nicht richtig, hab eine Nachricht geschrieben, danach hat es funktioniert.

Leider mussten wir vor Ort feststellen, dass der tatsächliche Zustand der Unterkunft abweicht. Die Wohnung befand sich insgesamt in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand als erwartet, sodass der gebuchte Standard aus unserer Sicht nicht erfüllt wurde.Im Detail möchten wir folgende Mängel aufführen:Die Küche ist stark abgenutzt und macht insgesamt einen sehr verbrauchten Eindruck. Dies entspricht weder einem gepflegten Zustand noch dem, was anhand der Online-Präsentation zu erwarten gewesen wäre.Zwei Esszimmerstühlen sind beschädigt; bei diesen ist der Bezug bereits sichtbar eingerissen. Im Schlafzimmer neben dem Bad löst sich die Tapete ab. Gleiches gilt auch für das zweite Schlafzimmer, in dem sich die Tapete ebenfalls bereits sichtbar ablöst.Im Wohnzimmer bestand zudem ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko: Mehrere Kabel lagen offen zugänglich herum. Besonders kritisch war eine Steckdose mit teilweise blanken, offenliegenden Kabeln, die sich hinter der Couch direkt an einer Gardine befand. Dies stellt insbesondere für Kleinkinder eine erhebliche Gefahrenquelle sowie eine potenzielle Brandgefahr dar. Zusätzlich war bei einer weiteren Steckdose eine provisorische Verbindung vorhanden.Das Badezimmer entsprach ebenfalls nicht den Erwartungen an Sauberkeit und Zustand.
