Visitor’s tax in Zierow
From January 1 through December 31 of each year, a visitor’s tax is charged in the municipality of Zierow. This tax is remitted by the property owner to the municipality of Zierow. Please note that the visitor’s tax must be paid on site upon key pickup for the booked period.
Costs: Ages 16 and up: €1.00 per day | Ages 6–16: €0.50 per day

Welcome to our holiday home “Sonnenschein” in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort town of Zierow on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast.
Here, just a short distance from the Hanseatic city of Wismar (approx. 5 km) and only 20 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, our beautiful holiday home (single-story, 2 bedrooms, large terrace, spacious play and sunbathing area) is ready to welcome you for your holiday. It’s centrally located in town yet very quiet, and the Baltic Sea beach is only about 800 metres away. Ideal conditions for a beach holiday as a couple or with the whole family. From here, you can set out on your exploration by car, bike, or on foot via the well-developed network of bike and hiking trails to Wismar (approx. 6 km), the island of Poel (approx. 24 km), Boltenhagen (about 20 km), or Schwerin (about 37 km). Shopping options are available at the nearby campground (including a restaurant, kiosk, bread roll delivery available, sauna, and swimming pool) or at the two shopping centers: MEZ Gägelow (approx. 2 km) and the Marktkaufcenter Wismar (approx. 4 km). Away from the mass tourism of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday with all the region’s attractions.
