This stylish ground-floor apartment in Building An offers approximately 45 m² of space for up to 4 people. The south-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and TV, a children’s room with a bunk bed, a bright living/dining room with a sofa, dining area, and flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower.
Non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. The beach, inland lake, promenade, and shopping are all within easy reach—ideal for families, active holidays, or relaxing days by the Baltic Sea.
Due to an ongoing technical inspection of the facade, the loggias and balconies facing the inner courtyard may not be used until further notice. The property management has already commissioned a specialised engineering firm to conduct the assessment. As soon as new information regarding the next steps is available, it will be announced accordingly.
