This stylishly renovated 45 m² apartment in Building An accommodates up to 4 people. The cosy balcony overlooks the inner courtyard and is perfect for relaxing.
The holiday apartment features a living/dining room with a couch, dining area, and flat-screen TV; a master bedroom with a double bed, TV, and access to the children’s room; a children’s room with a pull-out single bed and TV; and a modern kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and heated towel rack. Wi-Fi included. Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed. Bonus amenities: Admission tickets to the children’s play area, sauna, and swimming pool. The beach, promenade, and Aktiv-Hus are just a few minutes away—ideal for a family holiday on the Baltic Sea.
Due to an ongoing technical inspection of the facade, the loggias and balconies facing the inner courtyard may not be used until further notice.The property management has already commissioned a specialised engineering firm to conduct the assessment. As soon as new information regarding the next steps becomes available, it will be announced accordingly.
