Welcome to our holiday apartment “AUSZEIT”!!! Come spend your holiday in our beautiful, newly renovated apartment right on the first row of the stunning Baltic Sea and treat yourself to a little time away.

The holiday apartment is located just a few steps away from the beautiful, kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Prorer Wiek. From the glass balcony, you can see the sea through the trees and hear the sound of the waves. This way, you can start enjoying your holiday right away.

The “ "Auszeit" is located on the 4th floor of the Stubnitz building in Block III.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light and create an open, spacious feel. Modern design in fresh colours exudes a luxurious atmosphere. This apartment is a spacious open-concept space divided into a living/dining area and a separate kitchen. The kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

All rooms face the ocean. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and the other with a bunk bed (bottom bunk 140x200 cm, top bunk 90x200 cm). This makes the apartment ideal for families. The kids will especially love the fine-sand beach, which is perfect for digging and building sandcastles. The apartment is equipped with a few games, an Xbox One X console (including 2 controllers), and a Netflix account for your use.

The living room and both bedrooms each feature a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV. Wi-Fi and Netflix access are, of course, free of charge.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.

All windows can be blacked out. If you sleep with the window open, you can enjoy the sound of the Baltic Sea waves.

The high-quality bathroom, complete with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, cosmetic mirror, and rain shower, offers additional amenities for your stay.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our youngest guests. You’ll also find two nightlights in the apartment. Your small four-legged friend weighing up to 8 kg is also welcome here. You also have the option of using a washing machine (with dryer function) in the apartment’s storage room to do your laundry.
