Two cosy bedrooms with double beds ensure restful nights. The light-filled living area with direct access to the sunny balcony is perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast, or winding down the day in comfort.

In the fully equipped kitchen—which includes a dishwasher—you can cook to your heart’s content. The modern bathroom features a comfortable shower.

Villa Smidt is a charming holiday home with a total of six living units, four of which are available as holiday apartments for our guests. These include two two-room apartments on the ground floor and two three-room apartments on the ground floor.
Villa Smidt is located on Gartenstraße, just about 200 metres from the beach promenade and the fine-sand beach of Warnemünde. The centrally located Kirchplatz is about one kilometre away—alternatively, you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade to the Teepott Warnemünde and the Warnemünde lighthouse.
The two-room holiday apartments on the ground floor can accommodate up to four people; an extra bed can be added in the living area. The ground-floor apartments feature a terrace. Dogs are allowed in one ground-floor apartment and one upper-floor apartment.
The three-room apartments on the ground floor feature two separate bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a balcony.
All holiday apartments are equipped with fully stocked kitchens, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay.
A washing machine is available to guests on the ground floor free of charge. Each apartment has a lockable shed for storing items such as bicycles.
