This spacious, non-smoking one-room holiday apartment with an open loft has a total area of approximately 58 square metres and accommodates 2 people. The apartment spans two levels and is located on the 2nd floor on the south side, with a magnificent view of the dunes and the southern part of Westerland. Enjoy relaxing hours in the sun all day long on the large south-facing balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture, cushions, and a beach chair.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll pass through the entryway with a coat closet into the light-filled combined living room/bedroom and the nearly new bathroom. The living-bedroom area features a high-quality, custom-built double bed at a comfortable sleeping height of approx. 60 cm (sleeping surface 1.80 x 2 m, high-quality single mattresses 24 cm high, height-adjustable slatted frame with head and foot sections), 2 comfortable armchairs, 1 footstool, and a cosy dining area with a corner bench (custom-built by a carpenter) as well as a counter with 2 bar stools. Media and technology include an XXL flat-screen TV (with wall mount), a radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi. The open, country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard amenities.
The nearly new bathroom, featuring natural stone flooring, a shower (with extra-low entry), sink, towel warmer, hair dryer, toilet, and window, is the perfect way to start your day on holiday. A comfortable, easy-to-climb staircase leads to the open loft, which is carpeted and offers ample storage space with a spacious wardrobe and smaller side cabinets—ideal for storing suitcases and other luggage.
Additional amenities include a private parking space next to the house, as well as a laundry room in the basement equipped with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).
