Centrally located 3-room holiday apartment in Westerland on Sylt with a terrace and parking space in a quiet location near the beach!
Very popular, cosy 3-room holiday apartment in the “Alte Stadtgärtnerei” with approx. 60 square metres on 2 levels (ground floor and basement) facing west, featuring a furnished terrace (with a seasonal beach chair, patio furniture, cushions, and a beach umbrella) for up to 4 people.
The entryway features a hallway with a coat closet and a guest bathroom. Adjacent to this is the living room with direct access to the sheltered west-facing terrace. It features a seating area (2-seater couch and 2 armchairs), a separate dining area, a display cabinet, a radio, a flat-screen TV, a telephone (free calls to German landlines; cell phone numbers blocked), Wi-Fi, and an open kitchen. The kitchen, equipped with every convenience, has a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and oven—leaving nothing to be desired. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
There are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed (with two single mattresses, each 90x200 cm), plenty of closet space, and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has two single beds (each with an 80x200 cm mattress), closets, and another flat-screen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and natural light. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
In addition to an ironing board and iron, the apartment provides a cot with an extra mattress, a high chair, and a stair gate free of charge.
There is a free outdoor parking space and a bike rack at the house.
The beach is approximately 500 metres away.
Pets are not allowed in this complex.

Super Haus, mit allem was man braucht

Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus hatte alles, was man benötigt. Für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar.
