With approximately 75 m² of living space and three separate bedrooms (two on the upper floor, one in the attic), it offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. The centrepiece is the light-filled living-dining area with a cosy fireplace and access to the large south-facing balcony. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave). A bright shower room and an additional guest bathroom ensure comfort even when the apartment is fully occupied. The apartment on the ground floor features radiant floor heating and is dog-friendly. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available.
