Villa Josephine WE 8: 3-room apartment with high-quality furnishings close to the beach

This spacious, bright, and very high-quality 3-room apartment (approx. 72 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms have laminate flooring, and the bathroom is tiled.

The holiday apartment can accommodate a total of 6 people. For small children, you are also welcome to use (free of charge) the portable travel cot (with a comforter) provided in the apartment.

From the spacious hallway (with a mirror and coat rack), you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.

The modern and light-filled living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs (comfortable cantilever chairs), and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the large and sunny balcony (south-facing) with an awning and balcony furniture (for 4 people), which is also accessible from both bedrooms. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your holiday in peace!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV (cable connection) and a stereo system with a CD player (with USB port). The second bedroom (children’s room) also features another TV with a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen, separated from the dining area by a half-height wall, features a fully equipped, high-quality built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and has direct access to the balcony.

The additional second bedroom (children’s room) features two separate single beds that can be used either as a double bed or as two separate beds. It also features nightstands and a closet. This bedroom has a TV with a DVD player and also offers direct access to the balcony.

The pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person.

The bright bathroom (with heated floors) features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a heated towel rack and a spacious bathroom cabinet.

In addition, your apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in a parking space (carport) assigned to your apartment, and your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle shed on the residential complex’s grounds. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex.

The lift takes you comfortably from the basement all the way up to the top floor.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
