Far away from the hustle and bustle, this dreamy retreat with direct waterfront access and two private, fine-sand swimming spots offers the perfect place to unwind. In the enchanting 3,000 m² garden with a spacious wooden deck and sun loungers, you can leave everyday life behind and watch the waves gently lap against the shore. For balmy summer nights, a large fire pit is available so you can admire the starry sky by the water while enjoying a cosy campfire. During the day, a canoe (available free of charge for shared use by Watermark guests) invites you to explore the islands on the water.

The dream home “Woge,” newly built in 2024, offers 155 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms featuring cosy hotel-style box-spring beds. The generously glazed window front in the living area guarantees an extraordinary panoramic view of the water, creating unforgettable impressions and very special holiday moments. The high-quality interior, designed with great attention to detail, promises comfort and understated luxury.
On cooler days, a cosy fireplace invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen guarantees extended evenings of cooking. Experience true relaxation with 2 modern bathrooms, equipped with 2 large rain showers, 2 toilets, and a bathtub. Underfloor heating throughout the house and wide-plank oak flooring ensure warm feet and gentle comfort.
100 Mbit/s Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV,[nbsp] a washing machine, two free parking spaces right next to the house, and exercise/yoga mats are, of course, included. For our guests with electric vehicles, a private EV charging station is also available for exclusive use. For breakfast lovers, we’ll bring fresh rolls and croissants every morning upon request. A baby cot (for children up to 2 years old) is provided free of charge upon request.

Surrounded by the Peenestrom and Achterwasser, the Watermark Usedom, with its two exclusive holiday homes, is located on the Lieper Winkel —the island’s “green jewel.” Reed-lined shores, charming cottages, and unspoiled nature characterise this part of the island. As a peaceful retreat, this little corner of the world offers unparalleled tranquility even in high season—far from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet right in the heart of the old fishing village of Rankwitz. The village serves as an ideal starting point for bike tours, long walks, and numerous island excursions. Those who prefer swimming in the sea to swimming in the garden can reach the Baltic Sea beach—with its beautiful imperial spas and kilometres of fine-sand beaches—in just 25 minutes by car.

Watermark Usedom comprises two exclusive holiday homes right on the water: the “Welle” and the “Woge.” Each house features a spacious wooden deck with panoramic views of the water, and the expansive 3,000 m² garden is available for shared use. Seating areas and sun loungers invite you to relax. A grill, a fire pit, and an old stable building for the secure storage of e-bikes and bicycles are available for our guests’ shared use.
