In our apartments at Haus Klaar Kiming on Sandwall in Wyk, you can enjoy the North Sea breeze of Föhr and the breathtaking view of the Wadden Sea—with its ever-changing spectacle of ebb and flow—right from your balcony as soon as you wake up.
Located in a quieter section of the bustling Sandwall, the Klaar Kiming is right in front of the beach promenade. In just a few minutes, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, where you can visit the many friendly cafés and restaurants, browse the small shops, or enjoy yourself at Aqua Föhr. The building has a washing machine and dryer available for shared use for a small fee. From the basement, you can also access the promenade and the beach directly through a second entrance (open from Easter through the end of October, weather permitting). The apartments here offer a magnificent view of the sea, and you can watch the ferries, the seagulls, and the ebb and flow of the tide from the balcony or terrace. Our cosy apartment, Klaar Kiming 5b, is located on the 5th floor of the building, which you can reach comfortably by lift or—for a bit of exercise—by taking the stairs. The light-filled living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette is equipped with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a comfortable seating area, and a dining table situated right in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows—so you can enjoy the view of the sea even while having breakfast. The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The double fold-out bed (160x200 cm) promises restful nights, and the small bathroom with a shower is functional and inviting. The balcony with an awning offers you an unparalleled view of the beach and the sea, inviting you to daydream. Furthermore, you can access the beach promenade directly through the basement of the house and take a quick dip in the North Sea between a busy workday and dinner.
