Location

Welcome to the “Strandlust” holiday apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. At Wolburgstr. 7, we offer you a very special holiday home on the Baltic Sea. This new building contains 6 units. The holiday apartments are very modernly equipped. The beach is about 400 metres away, and the centre of Timmendorfer Strand—with its pedestrian zone and many cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutiques—is about 250 metres away. Supermarkets are about 400 metres from the complex.

Amenities

The 3-roomapartment No. 6 is a spacious penthouse on the 2nd floor of the building, high above the rooftops of Timmendorfer Strand—an oasis right in the heart of it all. It’s just a short walk to Timmendorfer Platz, the beach, and all shopping options. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows, the south-facing balcony, and an open gallery with a glass gable. High-quality amenities await you throughout the apartment.

The living-dining area of the Timmendorfer Strand holiday apartment features a modern sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Bose soundbar. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All other necessary kitchen utensils, such as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, are of course also provided.

Bedroom I features a comfortable double box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe.

There is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. The entire lower floor is heated by underfloor heating.

Under the roof of the house is a cosy loft, accessible via a staircase. In the cosy loft, you’ll find a sleeper sofa for two people, a desk, and a second flat-screen TV. The sweeping view over Timmendorfer Strand invites you to daydream. This is a very special place for a relaxing holiday any time of year.

Special Features

A parking space for your car is available next to the house, and there is also a bike shed. The building is equipped with an lift that takes you comfortably upstairs. You’re welcome to use the free Wi-Fi—not included in the rental agreement. The initial supply of bed linens is included in this holiday rental.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a tea towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).
Note
A multi-family residence is being built on a property in the immediate vicinity—at Wilhelmstr. 14—and is scheduled for completion by June 2028. As of September 2026, a foundation pit has been excavated, but construction on the new building has not yet begun. The apartment is located at the rear of the building, meaning that the windows do not face the construction site. The balcony extends to the side, so you do not have a direct view of the construction site.
In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we offer a 10% discount on the base room rate for the affected weekdays, to be applied upon checkout.
