Up to two adults (plus a child) can enjoy a dream vacation here. A 21-square-meter balcony with a dining set and a BEACH CHAIR on the south-facing balcony offers the chance to enjoy the sun in the beach chair—with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea—all year round. From the sun terrace or the living room, watch with delight as the Scanline ferry and the numerous fishing boats and sailboats pass by right in front of you.

Our high-quality teak beach chair ensures a very comfortable seating experience thanks to its extra-thick padding, including two throw pillows and a neck pillow. Thanks to its full-recline function, the upper basket can be adjusted backward by 175°. This makes it ideal for a long sunbathing session or a relaxing afternoon nap outdoors. With the practical lifting system, the upper basket can be adjusted effortlessly and without much exertion. This beautiful beach chair also impresses with additional amenities, such as the extendable footrests, which feature extra-thick foot padding.

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals tailored to your own needs. Please bring suitable capsules for the Nespresso machine.

OLED 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart TVs, a 3D Blu-ray player, and two stereo systems with digital radio allow you to enjoy a variety of other programs as well. For example, bring your favorite CD or DVD. It will sound great or play beautifully here. Otherwise, you only need to pack your personal belongings, along with your slippers. You’ll find everything else you need in the apartment, including an AEG washing machine.

Two restrooms ensure you’ll get a good night’s sleep. The penthouse, with its elegant natural wood parquet flooring and genuine carpets (removable for allergy sufferers), is the perfect place to recharge your spirit.

In the underground garage, the convenient upper-level parking space No. 11 is available to you (see the label on the pillar—the third parking space from the left when facing the duplex parking system). You can then easily reach Penthouse Apartment 11 by elevator.

Just a 7-minute walk away is the Jasmund National Park, which, with its unspoiled forests and famous chalk cliffs, invites you to enjoy long hikes and walks.
