Unit 434, Mediterranean Yellow, If you've been searching for hours, really no need to spend more time looking, this is about as good as you will find. Unit renovated at the beginning of 2017. Reviews speak for themselves!

Clean, well maintained accommodation with 100% Ocean front view. NO waiting in line to check in, NO hoping for a room with a ocean view, NO surprise fees and taxes added to your account at check out ... you get an amazing Ocean-Front Condo with new KING bed conveniently located on the 4th floor away from the noise of elevators and vending machines. Includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, single induction heat hot plate, microwave, slow-cooker, blender, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, plates, mugs and glasses, eating utensils.

Linens and bath towels are included but feel free to bring extra. Personal items and toiletries NOT included. ( Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are not provided ), Luxury King bed sleeps two ideal for couples wanting to get away from it all. Convenient key-less entry so no keys to worry about offering hassle free access and lovely fitness center on the ground floor.

We manage this unit personally with a professional housekeeper and therefore you will find this unit to be clean and very well maintained, 100% guaranteed. This is a NON smoking unit, balcony included and regretfully pets are NOT allowed on the property.

SHORT STAYS are typically not cost effective due to operating costs, taxes, fees, dues and housekeeping logistics. We typically require 7 day bookings, however, we are happy to consider shorter stays to fill gaps in the calendar. RATES advertised are industry standard and may fluctuate during peak season, holiday weeks and special events.

CHECK IN: 4PM / Check Out: 10:00AM ** Express / Priority check or late check out available ( when possible ), for $50.00 - HOWEVER, we will do our very best to have everything ready for you as early as we are able to and will contact you as soon as everything is ready.

PARKING on site with a parking permit provided to you on your arrival together with the pool bands. FREE Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay, Wi-Fi has recently been upgraded.

LAUNDRY: There is a 24/7 coin operated laundry facility on the lower level opposite the convenience store. This has also just recently been renovated so no need to bring too much clothing!

SHOPPING & DINING: Some of our Favorites: Market Commons a fun area to spend the late afternoon and evening, Broadway on the Beach, the Boardwalk, Barefoot Landing any time of the day or night ... if you wish to shop, there are two Outlet malls in the area, Tanger just 7 minutes North on highway 17 and another on Highway 501 about 15 minutes away. Golfing .... well here you have about 100 courses to choose from so good luck! Other GREAT news for 2019 ... TOP-Golf is nearing completion, located along Robert Grissom Parkway and 29th, just minutes from our condo.

A few more of our favorite restaurants, ( in no particular order ) Collectors cafe for coffee and amazing cakes as well as lovely dinners, Cafe Old Vienna for a good Austrian Schnitzel and good German beer. Then for the sea food lovers, Mr Fish for casual sea food and Sea Captains House for something a little more formal ( casual formal ), Liberty Tap Room sports bar and some of the best Mexican is Fiesta Mexicana within walking distance. A few miles South, Rip Tydz another sports bar over looking the ocean which is close to the Ferris Wheel.

For something Italian, Lombards Italian on HW 17 close by also within a short 10 minute walk and last but certainly not least, Croissants Bakery & Bistro on Highway 17 and 82nd Ave for scrumptious breakfasts, coffee and cake which we can recommend as well as Hook & Barrel right next door for brunches, lunches and dinners!

This place is a gem! Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. Location is great and little bit on the quiet side of Myrtle. Oceanfront view was amazing. Definitely recommend!

We haven't stayed oceanfront in years and this exactly what we were hoping for. It was nice to see the ocean from the bed. Room was very clean. Everything was great.

Pretty and clean with beautiful view!

We stayed in the adjoining room, and loved it. The bed was super-comfortable, and the welcome package of water, wine, beer chocolate and almonds was a really nice touch. The view of the balcony was gorgeous and it was the perfect place to get away for a few days. The unit was well-appointed with everything we needed. Will try to come back again!

Loved everything about the room! Everything looks new and is in great working order. On the 4th floor so not too high or too low and the chairs on the balcony sit higher so you can see above the railing.

This condo was exactly as the photos show. Amenities were great. The hardest decision was wether to go to the beach or pool! Rob was a great host and available for questions. He even offered a list of nearby restaurants. We did not try them all but those that we did were spot on. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well taken care of. My husband and I spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony. The beach was just steps away. Great Room with Awesome View

The room was exactly as pictured. Very clean, very neat. I have a bad back and hip and the tempurpedic mattress was perfect. The view was impeccable. Several evenings we would sit on the balcony and watch the storms role in. The mini fridge with complimentary drinks was a very nice touch. Overall the complex was also nice and clean. They had nice showers immediately coming up from the beach to rinse the sand. If you turned the lounges around and sit on the grassy area, it was like you were on the beach, but still next to the pool (couldn't swim in the ocean due to riptides). We will definitely be back.

perfect romantic getaway

We stayed here and had a wonderful time! We were welcomed upon arrival with a glass of wine and snacks! Loved waking up to compleminary coffee selection out of the keurig! What a great touch! The room was spotless and everything looked new! Bed was SUPER comfy! Great floor level to see the beautiful beach! No need to go anywhere at thid resort as they have multiple restaurants and pools! We love staying here but this room by far was nicer than any other unit we have ever stayed in! Tom the owner is also a pleasure to deal with. Definately cares about his place and wants to be sure everything is in order for you! I HIGHLY recommend this unit and it id a steal for the price compared to other places!!

Excellent Facility - 5 Star Rate

We got married on June 6, 2015 and checked into the condo on June 7, 2015. During the time from contacting Rob and checking in, everything went smoothly. Rob was very nice while talking to him and messaging him via email. The facility (433) was spacious and extremely clean. We felt right at home. The amenities included at the condo were great. Included such as: Indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie lazy river and kiddie wading pool. Sauna, Steam shower, 4 Restaurants and a Bar. This place is truly amazing. Unlike other facilities, this one is truly on the beach. There is no reason to think twice about one of robs condos. Truly Amazing. Thanks again Rob for the great stay.

Can't imagine a better value or host

This is an ideal value for a couple that wants to enjoy Myrtle for a week. The location is central and the 4th floor balcony truly is on the ocean so no angle views or other such misleading statements from others. The room is excellent and fresh with a very comfy bed. Rob is a tremendous person that knows how to communicate. We had no issues needing his help but I am confident if we did, he'd be all over it quickly. The only downside might be the resort itself. Areas are dated but really it didn't matter at all to us and our needs. Spent most of our time at the beach which is right there or offsite enjoying all Myrtle has to offer. When we got home we had all the comforts and a beautiful balcony to enjoy the night before bed. Thanks Rob. P.S. I wish I could find those salted caramel almonds. They were a winner for me!

Cute Hotel Room Turned Condo

I thought I purchased a condo but it turns out it is a hotel room that was turned into a “condo” by the Sand Dunes resort. It’s cute but it does not have a stove/oven/cooktop so you cannot prepare your own meals in the room. The resort itself stops selling food at 10pm “due to covid” & the bar on the ground floor directly under the room & next to the resort pool sells frozen drinks in a small plastic cup for $10 a pop. The room was clean except I found the toilet not to be properly cleaned. I’m not a germaphobe but with Covid going on, I’ve been getting down and checking things a lot closer - especially bathrooms, commonly/frequently touched surfaces & beds. I found something that looked like old pee on the front of the toilet bowl which would indicate that whomever they use to clean the place isn’t as thorough as they should be - especially right now. The whole toilet should be getting a through cleaning, not just the seat & inside - especially since men can/tend to dribble. I didn’t report it since it wasn’t a huge spot and I cleaned it off myself in two seconds. The view of the beach & Atlantic Ocean is AWESOME. To die for! I can’t say that I wished I lived there after experiencing random (illegal) fireworks at 3:30 am on Saturday AND Sunday as well as a screaming child at 8am that I’m assuming was in the resort pool which is visible from the room, but overall it was a pretty good stay. The resort is not too far from the main strip (not walkable but you can get 24 hr parking for anywhere between $5-$10 or rent a golf cart). There are a lot of good restaurants to eat at as well as close activities for adults and families. All in all, I would stay there again if it was available. It was comfortable and clean.

Great location for a couples beach get away!

We loved our stay, and have nothing but great things to say about the room and where it is located. We were within 20-minutes from everything in either direction North or South, from Duplin and North Myrtle, to Top Golf and the Grand Strand. This room offered excellent access to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, and with additional pool and Sand Dunes amenities available, if one so chooses. The beach and the ocean views are both beautiful here, and the higher chairs are the perfect amenity to escape and enjoy the view with your beverage of choice. Great value, the room was exactly as pictured, and Rob was a very helpful and responsive host. We highly recommend!

Do to my OCD with cleanliness, I really did my research before choosing a place to stay. This condo Unit exceeded my expectations! Very clean, well stocked (thanks Rob for the complementary refreshments left in fridge!), nicely decorated..which included two beautiful photography prints on the walls, created by Rob and an amazing Oceanfront view with two nice Adirondack chairs, where I sat every morning watching the sunrise! I will definitely look for property owned by Rob Tomlinson, should we get an opportunity to return! Thank You Rob!!! Judy A.

Worth every penny.

The paragraphs describing this condo are spot on. Not one thing was false or off in any way. It has everything you need you don't even need to leave the resort if you go grocery shopping before you check in. If you have an air fryer bring it cus it saved us a ton of money eating out! Everything's brand new, bed is comfy porch is awesome it was worth every penny. Stop looking and just book this place just as the ad states to do. Also don't be discouraged about the paying extra cleaning fees they provide you with EVERYTHING you need to tidy up on your own it's very easy to do I cleaned the condo every 2 days it took me all of 20 mins as I watched and listened to the ocean. I will say I was sad I didn't get these almonds all the other reviewers raged about lol. Enjoy your stay here!

You won't be disappointed with this efficiency. Very clean, tidy and functional for a week or even a long weekend at the beach. Everything just as it was promised. Not even Hurricane Irma could put a damper on. Rob went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my trip went without issues. Will definitely book again. Thanks again!

The overall appearance of the place is very nice! The owners welcoming things of the wine, beer, nuts and chocolates are a very nice touch. The location of the room on the 4th floor makes the view seem as if you are on the beach. I really enjoyed my stay!

Originally from South Africa growing up at the coast we have always just loved the Ocean. We enjoy traveling and have spent considerable time visiting many countries and cities all around the world including the United States.

During 1999 we decided it was time for a new adventure and applied for a visa to live and work in the USA. Settled in the Raleigh area in 2000 where we have been ever since. After many years working through the US Immigration process, received Green Cards in 2008 finally taking the oath and became a US Citizen in 2013.

Other interests are cycling, adventure motorcycling, photography and being outdoors in nature ...

Why they chose this property

We just love this area - so much to do and see, this is truly an amazing sea side paradise with something for everyone. The beaches are great, you can walk for hours with almost year round beautiful weather! A hundred Golf courses, maybe more - tons of shopping, Tanger outlet mall just 3 miles away, Broadway on the beach, the Boardwalk about 4 miles away and 1000+ restaurants to choose from.

We especially enjoy the sunrises with our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Long early morning and evening walks are a daily routine.

So many great places to visit in the area, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown, Charleston and Savannah within a days drive amongst many others interesting stops.

Late afternoons usually spent relaxing with a cocktail or glass of wine on the balcony before dinner. Sunrise & coffee - no matter how late the night, this is something we never miss!!

What makes this property unique

Thanks to our Professional Housekeeper Julie and her team, you will find this Condo to be very clean, comfortable and well maintained. New carpeting, granite and good quality linens and towels are just a few of the quality comforts you will find.

Window treatments, carpeting and tiles all replaced last Winter. Pictures are 100% accurate.
