** Keeping our Condo Clean and Updated is our Number 1 Priority for our Guests!!
**Our house keeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings, to be ready prior to your arrival.
** No waiting to check-in.
We provide Keyless Entry: Approximately 3 days of arrival, we will give you a personal access code to our door, as well as directions to our place once inside Myrtlewood. Very easy-go right to our condo! Start enjoying your vacation immediately!
** 24/7 Security on Premises
** Our condo sleeps up to 4 with a King size bed in master bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room.
** 1 & 1/2 Bathrooms (with Hair Dryers in Both).
** Linens Blankets and Pillows Provided.
** Washer and dryer.
** Cable tv and FREE WIFI is provided
** Our Condo is nicely decorated (including Mattress protectors).
** A Fully Equipped Kitchen with full size appliances.
** Relax while watching our 50in smart HDTV in our living room and 32in flat screen in the bedroom.
** We provide family games and cards.
** Right behind our condo, Myrtlewood has 2 award winning golf courses, Pine Hill and Palmetto.
** We are located on the 8’th tee of Pine Hill golf course.
** Enjoy your cup of coffee or refreshing beverage while watching the golfers.
** Find Walking/Biking Trails on MyrtleWoods beautiful grounds or visit the Intracoastal waterway behind the Golf Clubhouse and watch the boats go by.
** There are outdoor pools with grill area and tables.
** Located close to the beach known as the Golden Mile, 1 mile straight out of the drive. Beach chairs are provided in the closet.

Hello we’re Al & Diane Costanzo from Hamburg NY, just south of Buffalo NY. We've visited a friend’s condo in Myrtlewood and we just love the area. When the opportunity presented itself, we purchased this condo in the same building and love it.
Why they chose this property
We love the idea of being on the first floor and what a VIEW! We love that the location is near everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. We look forward to this being a meeting place with our children and grandchildren to make new family memories.
What makes this property unique
You can never get bored at Myrtle Beach. The Golden Mile, Sun rises, Shows, shopping, Charter fishing and of course Golf.
