Enjoy your holiday in our charming 2-room apartment on the 2nd
floor, ideal for 1–3 people (approx. 35 sqm). The sunny east-facing balcony invites you
to start your day with breakfast in the morning sun while enjoying the
fresh lake breeze. The bright living room features a cosy
sleeper sofa where you can relax and unwind after an eventful day. A modern LED TV and a cosy dining area provide
comfort and entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for
your culinary creations: a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a
dishwasher, and a refrigerator are all ready for you to use.
Relax in the separate bedroom with a luxurious box-spring bed
(180 x 200 cm) and let the peaceful atmosphere lull you to sleep
. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet offers everything you need for a pleasant
start to the day. An underground parking space (No. 43) is
available for you, so your car is safely parked. Pets are
welcome here—for just €5 per day, your four-legged friend can
come along! The apartment is a non-smoking area to ensure a
pleasant environment for all guests. Best of all: A bike storage room and a
washing machine are available in the building, so you can enjoy your time
with us completely carefree. The daily rate is for 2 people; additional guests
are welcome for 10€ per day. Wi-Fi is available free of charge
to you, but we assume no liability for any disruptions. We
ask for your understanding that mail cannot be delivered to the apartment,
