Our newly furnished holiday rental is located in the “Am Schroffen 1” apartment building in Bad Reichenhall and is easily accessible by lift. The apartment also features a loggia and includes access to the building’s indoor panoramic pool. The location is particularly appealing due to its immediate proximity to the Predigtstuhl cable car. The picturesque old town, with its pedestrian zone, numerous restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, as well as the lovingly landscaped spa gardens and the historic Alte Saline, are easily accessible on foot or by car. Travelling by train is also convenient via the Bad Reichenhall-Kirchberg station.

The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a practical step aid, offering a high level of comfort. For a restful night’s sleep, there is a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 m wide) and a bed that is 1.20 m wide.
