The bright, modern, and high-end SMALL STAR apartment is located on the 1st floor (no lift) of DAS LUDWIG - HAUS HOCHLAND at the historic Ludwigstr. 90 in a quiet, prime location in Partenkirchen.

SMALL STAR features 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a spacious, sunny terrace with a great view of the mountains.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet.

The kitchen with dining area is high-quality and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, hand blender, refrigerator with freezer compartment, tea maker, coffee maker, extendable dining table, TV, and much more.

The sleeper sofa in the dining area sleeps 2 people.

The patio is accessible from the dining area and, thanks to its size, is perfect for al fresco dining.

High-speed internet is free of charge.

A hair dryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner are provided.

There is a storage area for skis and ski boots, as well as a ski boot heater, in the entrance area of the stairwell.

Parking is available in the building’s courtyard.
