Cosy, comfortable terraced house "Parigi", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. 600 m from the centre of Villasimius, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2.8 km from the sea. 200 m long steep motor access to 50 m from the house. Public parking on the road. Bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 1 km, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Caglairi" 60 km, sandy beach "Simius" 2.8 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Nearby attractions: Punta Molentis 4 km, Costa Rei 20 km, Caglairi 55 km. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
