This 79-square-meter holiday home, furnished in a Scandinavian style, can accommodate up to 8 people and two dogs. The holiday home is spacious, bright, and tastefully designed; large windows provide plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The spacious, open-concept living and kitchen area is the cosy heart of the home and creates a welcoming sense of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The large, comfortable sofa area invites you to relax, while the dining table, situated a little apart, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together and culinary delights in good company. The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio. From here, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The house sleeps up to 8 people, distributed among three adjacent bedrooms and an alcove. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one with two single beds. The cosy alcove, which is especially popular with children and teenagers, offers another double bed.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and heated floors. From the larger bathroom, you have direct access to the private sauna and bathtub. A washing machine with a dryer function is also available.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every holiday home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
