Spacious and charming vacation home for 2 families or up to 4 couples + a dog

A very spacious and charming holiday home near the Baltic Sea beaches of Großenbrode. Thanks to its well-designed layout, the house is perfectly suited for families and friends travelling together. It’s ideal for a stay with up to 8–10 people, and you’re even welcome to bring your dog.

The holiday home is tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style and is very spacious and bright. Large windows let in plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The 4 bedrooms are spread out across the house. A large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with twin beds are right next to the large bathroom, which features a bathtub, sauna, and shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are located on the other side of the house. The alcove features two additional sleeping areas with a double bed, which are very popular with the younger family members. A cot and a high chair are available in the house.

The open and central living and kitchen area serves as a cosy gathering spot for everyone and creates a spacious living atmosphere. A very cosy sofa corner invites you to relax, and the large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together and culinary highlights.

The living area features a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a large garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. The larger bathroom provides access to a private sauna and bathtub. Across-the-board amenities include a washing machine with a dryer function.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every holiday home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
