Our modernly furnished 2-room apartment, No. 67, is located directly behind the dike in the “Villa am Meer” building and is only about a 3-minute walk from the main beach and its pier.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by lift.
The living room, which features an open-concept kitchen, is furnished with a couch (which doubles as a sleeper), an armchair, a dining table for three people, and a sideboard. A 55-inch flat-screen TV and a radio are provided for entertainment. The open kitchenette is equipped with a small worktop sink, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator.
The hallway features built-in closets for your personal belongings.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed measuring 2 x 90×200. The bed is accessible from both sides through doors, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV is mounted there.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and two sinks.
From the balcony, you have a great view of Grömitz and can enjoy the sun until evening.
Restaurants and shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.
A shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the building.

A parking space is also included with the apartment.
