This modern holiday home, with approximately 170 m² of living space, was completed in 2022 and is situated on a spacious 700 m² lot on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Wischuer, just a few kilometres from Rerik and Kühlungsborn. Here you’ll experience pure relaxation with sweeping views across fields and forests—deer, deer, and cranes are a common sight here. The house is ideal for families, friends, or multigenerational holidays: Four individually designed bedrooms (named after famous beaches around the world), two cosy living rooms, two high-quality bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and large south- and east-facing terraces with a lounge area and barbecue space provide plenty of room for shared moments and relaxation.

A fireplace, 70-inch TV, Wi-Fi, numerous games, books, DVDs, kids’ extras, and much more provide entertainment and comfort. Outside, you’ll find a lovingly landscaped garden, a small “beach” area, a lawn for playing, a bocce set, and secure parking spaces right next to the house. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the garage, which has a power outlet, and an 11 kW wallbox is available upon request.

The location is perfect for day trips: just 6 km to Rerik, 10 km to Kröpelin, and 11 km to Kühlungsborn—and surrounded by countless biking and hiking trails, charming castles, scenic viewpoints, and nature reserves. Culture lovers can reach Wismar, Rostock, or Bad Doberan in no time.
