This modern 3-room apartment offers a well-designed layout across 62 m² for up to 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by lift—ideal if you’re travelling with children, luggage, or even a dog, as pets are allowed (max. 1). In the entryway, you’ll find a spacious closet and a coat rack.

The living area, featuring a sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m), has an open layout and flows directly into the kitchen. The open-concept kitchen and living room create a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings. From here, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony. Here you can start or end your day in peace.
Kitchen amenities include a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, as well as a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. From there, you can access the adjoining bedroom, which is accessible from the living room through a glass door. The small sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and an additional TV. From here, you can also step out onto the west-facing balcony.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a chest of drawers. All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and also provides a hair dryer and a makeup mirror for your daily routine. Underfloor heating ensures comfort in every season.

You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast in the morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery.
A lockable basement storage room for your bicycles (max. 4 bicycles) is available. An underground parking space (clearance height 1.95 m) is available to guests. One dog is welcome; this is a non-smoking apartment. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available to guests.

This modern "Strandglück" House A residential complex was completed in December 2012. The lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
