The lower level features the living/dining area with a seating area, a colour TV with Chromecast, and a dining table for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom with a shower is also located on the lower level. From the lower level, you can also access the south-facing loggia. A comfortable spiral staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m with a topper) and a spacious closet. From here, you can also access a second small bedroom with a bunk bed. This sleeping alcove has no window and can be separated by a sliding glass door.
A parking space next to the house is available. Pets are not allowed here. This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is available.
