Anetta is a high-end, fully equipped 3-room holiday apartment in Westerland, located in a quiet yet central area. You can access the apartment at ground level through your own entrance. After passing through a small entryway—which also leads to the separate guest bathroom—you’ll find the spacious and comfortable kitchen with a dining area. It is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle.

The living room features an open layout but is pleasantly separated from the kitchen and dining area by a small alcove. High-quality, modern furniture, hardwood floors, tasteful decorations, and—last but not least—the large picture windows make the living room a light-filled focal point. A modern flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and Magenta TV round out the comfortable living experience. You can enjoy the day on the sunny west-facing terrace, which features a beach chair (in the summer) and a seating area.

The bedrooms and bathroom are located in the basement. The spacious master bedroom is an oasis of comfort with a double bed, high-quality furniture, and a flat-screen TV. The smaller bedroom, with two single beds, is also lovingly and tastefully furnished. Wooden floors lend the sleeping areas a natural and warm feel. The modern and bright bathroom with a window features a spacious, walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet.

In the basement of the house, a washing machine and dryer are available to you free of charge (common area). Wi-Fi available (subject to change)

Your own free parking space for cars and bicycles is located directly in front of the house.

The island’s characteristic Frisian wall, complete with its plantings, runs all the way around the house.

Feedback von Ehepaar mit Hund: Die großzügige Wohnung mit Terrasse (ausgestattet mit komfortablen Gartenmöbeln und Strandkorb) hat uns gut gefallen und war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer sieht auf den Fotos kleiner aus, als es tatsächlich ist. Tolle große Dusche, Badewanne und eine riesige Abstellfläche für sämtliche Drogerieartikel vor dem riesigen Spiegel. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hatte eine gute Größe und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Essecke ist mit gemütlichen Sesseln und einem stabilen Tisch ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet; es fehlt vielleicht ein Zusatzschrank, wo man seine Einkäufe unterbringen kann. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine gute Größe. Auf dem Sofa können zwei Personen gemütlich liegen; aber es war schon etwas durchgesessen. Die Lage der Wohnung an einer mehr befahrenen Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ist da natürlich von Vorteil. Die kleine Terrasse war schön eingefriedet, so dass unserer Hund auch nicht auf die Straße gelangen konnte. Die Lage der Wohnung in Nähe des nächsten Hundestrandes war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
