This spacious holiday home offers plenty of room for a large group of travellers to enjoy activities and retreats together. Take a seat in the elegant salon with its high ceilings, stucco decorations and chandeliers and enjoy the special atmosphere among the antique furniture, paintings and fireplace. Gather around the long table in the spacious dining room, where everyone can eat or celebrate together. Several living areas with sofas and armchairs create space for small group conversations. Play a game of pool or table football and then compete against each other at darts. Afterwards, retreat to the sauna and treat yourself to some soothing warmth to relax.



Use the outdoor areas for outdoor activities together. There is also a shared outdoor pool for you to cool off in.



Discover Kletzin and the charming landscape of Western Pomerania. Go on excursions to the nearby Peene and explore the natural paradise by canoe or on a guided boat tour. Visit the Hanseatic town of Demmin with its historic churches or travel on to the Baltic coast to Greifswald and the island of Usedom. The Peene Valley River Landscape Nature Park also offers numerous hiking and cycling trails through an impressive floodplain landscape.

Wir wurden 2 Tage vor Aufenthalt vom Verwalter angerufen, dass gerade renoviert wird und die Sauna und der Pool nicht zu nutzen sind, weshalb wir hauptsächlich das Haus gebucht hatten.Dann ging er auf uns zu, wir können 3 Tage länger bleiben, man kann seinen Urlaub nicht einfach verlängern, dass weiß sicherlich auch der Verwalter.Dann wollte er uns die Stromkosten erlassen, hat aber gleichzeitig die Heizung nicht laufen lassen.Und als wir auscheckten war er sowas von unfreundlich und Frauenfeindlich, dass er uns da angemacht hat, warum wir noch eben auf die Toilette gehen, wenn wir schon raus sein sollten - unmenschlich.Außerdem war es im gesamten Haus nicht sehr sauber, es gab wenig Klopapier und selbst beim Einchecken war der Verwalter alles andere als freundlich.Das Haus ist leider nicht zu empfehlen.
