The building also features a sauna, which is available for a fee.

As a special highlight, a seasonal beach chair is available to you free of charge from May 1 through September 30.
With its tastefully furnished living and dining area, the apartment invites you to relax and unwind. Of course, the apartment also features free Wi-Fi. The dining area offers plenty of space for everyone, including a high chair for children ages 3 and up. The very well-equipped kitchen has everything you could need and is perfect for self-catering. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine.
All three bedrooms can be darkened with exterior blinds. They are laid out as follows: 1st bedroom with a double bed, 2nd bedroom with a loft bed and children’s toys, 3rd bedroom with two box-spring beds.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, along with an additional guest toilet, round out this beautiful holiday rental.
Should you ever need to do laundry while on holiday, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.
You can leave your car in the parking space belonging to the apartment for the entire duration of your holiday, as the well-maintained residential complex where your holiday home is located is about 700 m from the town centre and 200 m from beach access. Here you’ll find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, yet you’re still just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. You can reach the town centre, with its shopping options and numerous restaurants, in just under 10 minutes on foot.
You can securely lock your bicycles in the bike storage room.
There’s a bus stop right outside the door, Whether you’re heading from the main train station to Duhnen or towards the city of Cuxhaven, you can hop on and off the bus here with ease and reach your destination effortlessly.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental. A perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday for the whole family.
Prices are per night for 2 people. A surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person. Utility costs are included in the first night’s rate. Towels and bed linens can be booked for an additional fee. The holiday rental is located in the beautiful spa town of Duhnen. Just a short walk from the North Sea, you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze right at your doorstep. Explore the area with its shopping options, numerous restaurants, and recreational activities. Take long walks on the beach or simply relax in the peaceful atmosphere of your cosy apartment.
