Living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Parquet floors. Balcony 5 m2. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. No lift.
