This holiday home is part of a 7,000 m² estate featuring a heated pool (open April to October), a lush park, and many play areas.
Set off on foot or by bike along country trails. Relaxation spaces, playground, and farm animals await you. Enjoy a change of scenery with nearby leisure centers offering canoeing, paddleboarding, pedal boats, or swimming in the Charente.
Explore exceptional sites: Neolithic and prehistoric landmarks, the Vallée des Singes, Cognac, Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope.
