Welcome to Villa Golfista, a beautifully designed holiday home located in Pješčana Uvala, one of the most desirable areas of Pula, where everything is within easy walking distance. This charming seaside location offers a relaxed atmosphere with crystal-clear waters, excellent restaurants, and a peaceful environment, while the historic city of Pula, known for its Roman architecture, vibrant culture, and numerous activities, is just a short drive away.



The villa offers 300 m² of living space on a fully fenced 750 m² private property and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. It features 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds, two of which include an additional single bed, as well as four modern bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. In the villa there is also an additional guest toilet. Pets are welcome, and the fully fenced property ensures privacy, comfort, and security throughout your stay.



The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle, with a private 24 m² swimming pool surrounded by eight 8 loungers, a balcony with a whirlpool and beautiful sea views, and plenty of space to relax. Guests can enjoy mini golf, table tennis, and board games, while the gas barbecue and large outdoor dining table for 10 people create the perfect setting for shared meals and long summer evenings.



The location is one of the villa’s biggest highlights, as the beach is only 200 meters away and both a restaurant and a supermarket are just 150 meters from the property, allowing guests to enjoy a completely stress-free holiday without the need for a car.
