Cosy holiday rental with a terrace:

This stylish 39 m² two-room holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for two. The sunny south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast and provides a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere all day long. Inside, you’ll find a modern living and dining area, as well as a new, high-quality built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine—perfect for anyone who values comfort even while on holiday. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, while the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet offers additional comfort. The apartment is ideal for up to two people and combines cosiness, functionality, and a stylish ambiance for a relaxing holiday. Fiber-optic internet is finally scheduled to be installed starting in August 2027. At that time, the apartment will also have Wi-Fi.



On-site costs: A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out should be by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged separately on-site.



Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
