The Watzmannblick country villa in Sillersdorf is located in a very quiet residential area with a great view of the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau Alps. The property features a large garden. The two parking spaces are covered (maximum clearance height: 1.90 m). Additional free parking spaces are available on the street.
The villa offers a newly furnished attic apartment for up to 2 adults and 2 children with a balcony, as well as a large holiday rental on the ground floor and basement for up to 6 people with a spacious covered terrace.
Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking is also not permitted in the apartments.

The Sillersdorf holiday rental offers approximately 190 m² of space, enough for 6 people (optional: plus one toddler up to 2 years old). On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (for bookings of up to 4 people). A third bedroom with a separate bathroom is located in the basement (for bookings of 5 or 6 people). Upon request, an extra bed for a toddler up to 2 years old can be provided.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a country-style villa. The entrance is accessible via a staircase from the carport. It features a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a very spacious living room with a couch. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, two sinks, and a hair dryer. In the bedroom and hallway, you’ll find plenty of closets for storing your clothes, jackets, etc.
Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are provided.
Wi-Fi, a TV in every bedroom, and air conditioning are available. A cot and high chair are available upon request.
The terrace is furnished with seating and offers a great view of the garden and mountains. Barbecue facilities available!
Saaldorf-Surheim is located in the beautiful Rupertiwinkel region, the area between the Watzmann and Lake Waging. It is an ideal starting point for bike tours and excursions. Our region is characterised by rolling hills and lakes, historic town centers, and the harmonious overall picture of an unspoiled landscape.
