This unit is a lovely and spacious two story townhouse with two bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. Unit is fully furnished and stocked with all you will need to spend a wonderful time while on vacation!
Master bedroom has 1 Queen and boasts an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen bed, while the upstairs loft is furnished with 2 Twin beds. Amenities include FREE wireless internet and cable, washer/dryer, 24-hour security, a network of walking paths that wind throughout the property and of course private resort access to the beach which is a short walk from the unit.

The unit is located in Kingston Plantation which is the largest oceanfront resort in the history of Myrtle Beach. It includes 145 acres of wooded and rolling terrain laced with freshwater lakes and bordered by an exquisite half mile of surf, sand and sunshine. Additionally, onsite restaurants located at the Embassy Suites or a short walk at the Marketplace shops! Guests also have the option of purchasing a daily, weekly or monthly pass to The Landing Myrtle Beach Spa and Fitness Center a brand-new, multi-million dollar center featuring a full-service spa, tennis courts, indoor pool, golf course and fitness facility. The Landing is open to condominium guests as well as members and day Golfing discounts are also available to the Arcadian Shores Golf Club located directly across the street from Kingston Plantation.

Splash Waterpark and the pools at the Embassy Suites Hotel are exclusively for hotel guests.

My family stayed at this lovely condo while visiting Myrtle Beach for my sons baseball tournament. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay! The property and location was terrific, beds were very comfortable and owners were very informative, kind and easy to get in touch with! We would definitely stay here again if traveling back to Myrtle Beach and highly recommend to other renters!

Family Wedding Weekend

We had a great time, the house was cute and clean and close to our family who was hosting a wedding. We did rent a golf cart which made traveling around the plantation a breeze!

Beautiful

Duplex style accomodation was beautiful. Kitchen appliances, washer dryer, and everything(tp, baggies, laudry soap, cooking supplies, etc) fully stocked was very nice. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes carrying equipment was tough, I do think we found somewhere we were allowed to park made it more like 3 minutes. Pool was very nice, not too many people to share it with. We did deal with cockroaches, all mostly outside but 1-2 got in and died every few days, the owner had pest control spray the next day immediately and must have contacted HOA because we went from seeing them everyday to nothing by the end of our 2 weeks there. Overall absolutely would come again, owners were very accomodating and responsive to information or requests.

Very nice home

We spent a week in this lovely property. Everything was pretty much as described in the listing. My daughters' both loved the loft area and spiral staircase. New dinner plates, additional silverware and serving or mixing bowls would be helpful in the kitchen.

Perfect getaway!

This property was perfect for our stay! There were 5 of us, all adults 19. The house photos and description matched perfectly. We had plenty of space in the rooms and loft, dining area enough to fit us all for food and games, and kitchen big enough to cook with updated appliances. We loved how close we were to the Apache Pier and the beach. Some days we walked and some days we drove. Plenty of public access to the beach. The house was super clean and set up nicely for us. I also want to speak on the homeowners. We reached out asking how to work the air and they responded immediately. The next day we asked if they had more towels stored away, which we needed a couple more, and that same day we had towels delivered to the front door. Amazing. The resort area itself is wonderful. We felt super safe and relaxed. It was quiet, which was a nice perk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including grocery stores, all within 5 miles. We will absolutely stay here again in the future should we vacation in Myrtle Beach.

ocean vibes plantation style

The property was comfortable and cozy with beachy vibes throughout. A large kitchen and open concept made prepping food and socializing a breeze....We enjoyed the patios both upstairs and down for late afternoon sun and happy hour after a day at the beach or out and about in Myrtle Beach. This property is close to everything ....it is a beautiful five minute stroll to the beach over greenery and turtle laden ponds. Stores and golf are within walking distance as are eateries and local restaurants. It is easy to see why this would be anyone's "Happy Place".....it certainly was ours while we were there!! Thank you!

RUN, DON’T WALK, AND BOOK!

This was the BEST place to stay and such an awesome family vacation. So clean, so comfy, so roomy. My husband and I have 4 kids and were worried about space and them driving us crazy for a week lol. This condo has a lot of space - 2 floors, plus a loft. The owners are the sweetest and super responsive. The property is located in a gated community, which we loved. It kind of reminded me of the community that Dirty Dancing is based in lol. There were always people running, walking, playing pickle ball, at the gym, etc. The property is about a 7-10 min walk from the beach, but with 4 kids, we just loaded up our kids in my minivan. I didn’t even care that it wasn’t on the beach at all. It was super convenient, as you don’t even have to leave the resort to get to the beach, and you can park literally front and center to the entrance to the beach. Next time (as long as Joe & Glo will welcome us 😉) we will probably rent a golf cart. Oh, and the lifeguards rent chairs and an umbrella for I think $130 for the 5 days. It was worth it to me to not lug chairs and an umbrella around with my 4 kids. Oh, and the condo had a bunch of board games, which was awesome! Our regular nightly activity was a competitive game of Uno. :) This place was seriously worth every penny we spent. Last thing - Walmart grocery delivery delivers to the condo as well! On our way, I loaded up our virtual cart and checked out. Our groceries were delivered bright and early the next morning. The condo literally has everything you need, but I bought extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc (they had these in the condo with extras, but we have so many people in our family I knew we would tear through those in no time). Joe & Glo, thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home!

Great location and clean place

This townhouse was an amazing place to stay. It was very close to the beach, shops, and my daughter’s dance competition. It was very spacious and all of the appliances worked well. It was very clean. It was quiet which was very nice. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner before we arrived and Glo was very helpful. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for an awesome stay!

We are Joe and Glo,

We purchase our cozy home a few years ago and cannot be happier with our townhouse. We try to make it out to the beach as often as possible - but when we can't be there - we hope you are able to enjoy our home away from home!

Why they chose this property

We visited Kingston Plantation in 2009 and fell in love with the property. The grounds are beautiful full of lakes and walking trails. Prior to buying our property, we visited at least once or twice a year with our immediate family and hosted a family reunion with 40 of our family members.

What makes this property unique

We love the relaxing environment and privacy we have with our beach home. The back of our unit faces the back of the community and is line with a fence of trees. We enjoy taking that two minute ride or walking 7-10 minutes through the beautiful trails to the beach and then relaxing at home, away from all the resort activity.
