This top-floor, one-bedroom/one-bath condo features a great view overlooking a park and the beach.

Sheets are provided, bath towels, wash clothes, dish towels and toiletries are not.

Updates made in October 2021 included
Two new interior doors and new baseboards
All new electrical switches and outlets with USB ports
New light fixtures

My condo was renovated i March 2013, including
