Das App.7 des Muschelhauses im Dachgeschoss ist lichtdurchflutet und geräumig. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund richtig wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kann man vom Erdgeschoss direkt zur Wohnung fahren, die sich als einzige im Dachgeschoss befindet. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man im Sommer kaum Sonne, durch den Vorbau und sitzt geschützt. Ein weiterer sonniger Balkon befindet sich am Schlafzimmer. Teilweise sind an den Fenstern Plissees und Insektenschutz angebracht. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral, um in wenigen Gehminuten am Strandaufgang 16 zu sein sowie bei Edeka. In 20 Minuten ist die Strandstraße mit unzähligen Läden sowie die Seebrücke zu erreichen.
