Fully equipped kitchenette with 2 hobs, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle

Modern bathroom with mirror, walk-in shower, and hair dryer

Note on amenities:
Please note that we do not provide consumables such as dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels (Zewa), coffee filters, and spices. This gives you the opportunity to bring your favourite products and tailor your stay to your individual preferences.

Bedding and towels are included in the price. Each person receives one small and one large towel. NO bath towels.

Parking:
Free parking spaces are available directly at the house, subject to availability. Alternatively, paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity at the large car parks in Grömitz. The nearest large car park is located directly above our house.

Location
The apartment’s location is a real highlight:
Just about 180 metres from the beach and the boardwalk, you’ll enjoy being close to the Baltic Sea and can plan your stay without having to walk long distances. Morning walks on the beach, a visit to the pier, or a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk—all of this is practically right on your doorstep.
The spa gardens, the marina, numerous restaurants, and a variety of shopping options are also all within a few minutes’ easy walk. The surrounding area thus offers a perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and lively coastal charm.
For anyone who wants to explore Grömitz and the surrounding area without a car, there’s also a bus stop
right outside the door. This makes trips to nearby towns quick and easy.
