Located in Saint-Germain-du-Seudre, this 120 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom featuring a double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes an American fridge, central island with sink, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machines. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, air conditioning in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom, a smart TV, a game console, and a dedicated workspace. The property is on one level and offers a baby bed, breakfast available for an extra fee including homemade jams, honey, and local fruit, video on demand, and self check-in.



Two baby beds are available as an option.



Outside, relax in your private garden and on the uncovered terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, a parasol, barbecue access, and 4 sun loungers. The highlight: a private indoor spa for 5 people with 2 loungers and 3 seats.



Street parking is available. Events are not permitted. A shared gym and fitness equipment are at your disposal. Shuttle service to train station and airport is provided.



You are ideally located about 15 km from the highways, 20-30 minutes from the beaches, and 1 hour from Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Angoulême, and Niort. Your hosts live on site, but not in your accommodation. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an option.
