The bright, light-filled living area with direct access to the south-west-facing balcony invites you to unwind. A cosy sofa area, TV, games, and a wood-burning stove ensure comfortable moments—no matter the season. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday and features a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, and dishwasher.
Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) offer a restful night’s sleep. The modern wellness bathroom with a shower, private sauna, and free-to-use washing machine provides additional relaxation after an eventful day at the beach.
A private parking space right next to the house rounds out the amenities.

Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
