Modern holiday home (78 m²) for 5 people: Wi-Fi, terrace, 3 bedrooms, washing machine, fireplace, and much more! Welcome to Großenbrode—a holiday for the whole family!
Stay in our cosy holiday home “Marinaperle,” featuring a private terrace and views of the countryside. The spacious living-dining room is equipped with a cosy sofa area and a flat-screen TV. The open-concept kitchen area is also located on the ground floor. From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing terrace. Relax here on the comfortable patio furniture or in your own beach chair. The guest bathroom and the utility room with a washing machine are also located on the ground floor. All three bedrooms, as well as the bathroom, are located on the upper floor.
The house is in an ideal holiday location—just under 300 metres from the beach! In fact, it’s an excellent starting point for everything you might want to do on holiday:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all nearby. A bakery, a bike rental shop, and—for the more athletic guests—a gym can also be found within a 1,000-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car right by the house—and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, giving you plenty of flexibility. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: You can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.

The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
