Located in the sunniest part of Småland, just a stone’s throw from the sparkling Trolljsö (Lake of the Trolls) to the south—Sweden’s best fishing waters for pike and perch—and the serene beauty of the Mönsterås Fjord, with its many islands and skerries as a tranquil part of the Baltic Sea, pure relaxation awaits you here.

Why you’ll love your holiday:
With sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people—two double beds and a pull-out bed in the guesthouse—the house is ideal for two couples, medium-sized families, or a holiday with friends. Dogs are expressly welcome. The small bathroom has a toilet, a compact washing machine, and a shower stall—not too big, but it has everything you need!

Nature right on your doorstep: canoeing and boating in the archipelago, free fishing, playgrounds for kids, two swimming spots, and mini-golf in the summer.
Although there are many interesting visitors enjoying life in high spirits there during the summer, you won’t be too bothered by them unless you actively seek it out, since the cottage is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac.
Mönsterås offers great events, concerts, full amenities, and delicious, affordable restaurants! Bike rides through the forest or long hikes—ideal for active people. Mönsterås has it all, from great shopping, a skate park, beach volleyball, a padel court, and more, to a small but lovely indoor swimming paradise, beautiful hiking trails, and all set amidst stunning, picturesque nature.
Oskarshamn and Kalmar are only 15 and 30 minutes away, respectively. The island of Öland makes for a great day trip, and you can even take the ferry from Oskarshamn over to Gotland (a long day trip!)

Sweden’s sunny side: The house is located in the “driest” part of Småland, which is known for its above-average number of hours of sunshine.

Pets Welcome: Is your four-legged friend part of the family? Of course they can come along!
