The "Hanni" holiday home, which sleeps up to 6 people, is idyllically situated in Wittenbeck.

This beautiful, thatched-roof holiday home spans two floors and is about a 10-minute walk from a natural beach. Spanning 100 m², the cottage features a combined living and dining area with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a guest bathroom, a sauna with a shower, and three bedrooms. The furnished, south-facing terrace with a view of the greenery invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. Unwind in the on-site sauna and enjoy peaceful holiday days on the Baltic Sea.

The living area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. Here, a corner couch and an armchair invite you to enjoy cosy evenings. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are at your disposal. The dining area is integrated into the spacious living area and offers plenty of room for shared meals. The fireplace provides cosy warmth and comfort, especially during the colder months. From the living area, you have access to the sun-drenched terrace.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 cooking zones), an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker round out the kitchen amenities.

The on-site sauna on the ground floor of the holiday home offers a special opportunity to relax (€5.00 for 2 hours of use). A shower is available for a refreshing rinse. Next to the sauna area is a guest bathroom.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large closet. In the second bedroom, a double bed (140 x 200 cm) awaits you for a good night’s sleep. A closet is also available here for your holiday luggage. The pull-out sofa bed (170 x 200 cm) in the third bedroom offers a cosy place to sleep for two additional guests. A closet provides storage space for your clothes. You can use curtains in all bedrooms to block out the light.

The upstairs bathroom, which receives natural light and features a tub, shower, and toilet, includes a vanity with a lighted mirror, as well as a towel warmer and a hair dryer. Pleated blinds provide privacy here. Floor tiles cover the entire ground floor as well as the upstairs bathroom. The bedrooms feature hardwood floors. Smoking is not permitted in the “Hanni” house. Pets are welcome.

A washing machine is available in the utility room for your holiday laundry. You can park your car in the outdoor parking space next to the house.

The “Hanni” holiday home is part of a quiet and beautifully landscaped residential complex in Wittenbeck and is located next to the “Nanni” holiday home. The town centre of Kühlungsborn Ost is just a few kilometres away and, with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafés, invites you to stroll and relax.

The house’s southwest orientation offers plenty of sunshine on the large terraces when the weather is nice. The holiday home includes a parking space. From the south side of the house, guests enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. A walk to the Baltic Sea beach, 3 km away, is well worth it in any weather.
