Vacation home "Skorpion" in Wittenbeck - luxury for up to 8 people with garden, sauna

The “Skorpion” house in Wittenbeck can accommodate up to 8 people (max. 5 adults and 3 children).

This luxurious, 180 m² house spans two floors and is located just twenty metres from the “die Kühlung” forest. The furnished, covered south-facing terrace and the 500 m² garden invite you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. A combined living and dining area, a kitchenette, a guest bathroom, an utility room, and a light-filled gallery on the ground floor are available for shared use. The separate guest rooms, a bathroom with a tub, shower, and sauna, and another bathroom with a shower on the upper floor promise you pleasant, relaxing days by the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 4 km away.

In the open-concept living area, two modern sofa sets (each a 3-seater) invite you to spend cosy hours in front of the flat-screen TV. For your entertainment, free Wi-Fi and a DVD player are available. The dining area, with a beautiful view of the decorative fireplace, is harmoniously integrated into the spacious living area and offers plenty of room for shared meals.

The high-quality designer kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 cooking zones), an oven, a dishwasher, a plate warmer, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker round out the amenities.

You can access the terrace from both the living area and the kitchenette.

The two guest rooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The third guest room features two pull-out single beds (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). All guest rooms are equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. In addition, one of the guest rooms features a walk-in closet. The spacious wardrobes offer plenty of storage space for your luggage.

A high chair is available free of charge for our younger guests.

High-quality designer flooring has been installed throughout the property, and underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth in every room. All windows are equipped with electric blinds.

This is a non-smoking home where pets are not allowed.

One car can be parked under the carport, and another vehicle in front of the carport. You can wash your holiday laundry in the washing machine in the utility room. A grill is also available for use.

The detached house features a large, sunny southwest-facing terrace.

Located in a quiet residential area, this newly built house sits on a 500 m² lot. The house’s southwest orientation offers plenty of sunshine on the large, 14 m² covered terrace with a view of the greenery when the weather is nice. The holiday home includes a carport and an additional parking space. A walk to the Baltic Sea beach, 4 km away, is well worth it in any weather.

Our guests can relax and feel at home in this holiday home, which spans approximately 180 m². The modern, high-quality furnishings, the full bathroom, an additional guest bathroom, and the on-site sauna ensure a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

Golf enthusiasts will be in heaven just a 4-minute walk away. The 18-hole championship course leaves nothing to be desired!
