Auf den Höfen WE 30.1 HERING: 1-room apartment

This cosy and inviting one-room apartment (approx. 17 m²) on the ground floor features a functional floor plan and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The living/dining area features a dining table with chairs and various shelves.

A flat-screen TV is available in the apartment for your entertainment. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service interruptions).

The functional kitchenette includes a sink, a refrigerator, a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm) with nightstands and lamps, as well as 2 wardrobes. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the apartment is equipped with blackout curtains.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat rack with a wall mirror in the apartment’s entryway.

A small built-in safe is available in your apartment to protect your valuables.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 29) assigned to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the small seating area in front of the house for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linen package (complete bedding—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
