Schönes Mehrfamilienhaus mit insgesamt 3 Wohnungsmöglichkeiten: für 9 Personen/5 Personen (Wohnung). Sonnig und ruhig gelegen, im Dorfzentrum Flond und in der Nähe der Postauto-Haltestelle (Winter gratis). Vom Balkon aus kann man die schöne Bergwelt bestaunen und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Das renovierte Zuckerbäckerhaus liegt für Sportler und Geniesser optimal: Skipiste endet gleich nebenan und die Langlauf-Loipe/Nachtloipe beginnt 100 Meter entfernt. Im Sommer führen schöne Bike- und Wandertrails von und nach Flond. Trockenraum für Skischuhe/nasse Kleider, 2 Parkplätze vorhanden. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Nichtraucher-Unterkunft.  Die Hausbesitzer bieten sportliche Aktivitäten wie z.B.
