Wonderful stay in this beautiful, traditional chalet

This is one of the few beautiful old style smaller chalets left in Flims. The charm of the house added to our holiday experience: like how a holiday in Switzerland is meant to be. The interior is also in style, simple and functional and had everything we needed, including a tile stove to heat the living room. Beds were good. We were there with 4 guests, which left us with plenty of space as the house has beds for 7 or 8. With one bathroom and a small kitchen I would probably not go there with two families, but for one large family it is perfect. The surroundings are beautiful, at walking distance from the cauma lake and the shops in the village, The house is located towards the end of a dead end street, so very quiet. Official footpaths start in a few hundred meters from the house. We went to the ski lifts by car and parked our cars in the new Stenna parking. There is a ski bus stop near the house as well, though. We found the flims- laax- falera ski area is one of the best we have ever visited. Contact with the owners was excellent, very friendly.

Großartige Lage, urige Gemütlichkeit, herzliche Vermieter

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie Anfang Juli für 2 Wochen in dem romantischen Chalet, dass alles bot, was wir brauchten - und noch viel mehr. Die Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre führt direkt dazu, dass sich ein Urlaubsgefühl einstellt, nicht zuletzt auch wegen der sehr liebevollen und detaillierten Vorbereitung durch die diskreten und zugleich aufmerksamen Vermieter. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom riesigen Garten um das Haus, wir Eltern von der Ruhe der Umgebung, dem tollen alten Baumbestand um das Haus herum, dem imposanten Blick in die Berge und wir alle schätzen die Nähe zum Caumasee, zu einem tollen Kinderspielplatz und zur Innenstadt Flims. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Tür. Man kann auch vom Caumasee zum Crestasee wandern- die Natur ist überwältigend schön und die Wanderwege sind auch kindertauglich. Unsere Kinder (7 und 10) kamen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich, die Betten bequem, die gesamte Atmosphäre sehr entspannend, was sicherlich auch daran liegt, das das gesamte Haus aus Holz ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Chur, das Naturkundemuseum dort können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein, es gibt erstaunlich wenige Mücken oder Fliegen, auch am Abend. Sehr praktisch ist die Waschmaschine im Souterrain, der Tischkicker dort kam ebenfalls sehr gut an. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung. Sehr gemütlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Herr Maron kümmerte sich prima um uns.

Was für ein herrlicher Familienurlaub

Unsere grossen Hoffnungen für einen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern im Schnee wurde erfüllt. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sicher auch weil wir an unsere Winterferien mit unseren Eltern erinnert wurden. Alles ist vorhanden - alles sehr sauber. Besonders gefallen hat die mit Arvenholz getäferte Stube, mit dem grossen, sehr praktischen Tisch. Wir waren nicht allein, von der warmen Stube aus konnte man die vielen Besuchern des Vogelhaus auf dem Balkon gut beobachten; 14 verschiedene Arten. Bestimmt kommen wir in dieses ideale Haus zurück.

Wo gibt so was noch!

Ich war mit meiner Familie letztes Jahr 1 Woche in der hübschen Casa Campanula. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub in Flims. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Umschwung und das haben wir sehr genossen da wir in einer Stadtwohnung wohnen und ständig Rücksicht auf unsere Nachbarn nehmen müssen. Wir fühlten uns mitten in der Natur, frei und glücklich. Das Haus ist zwar nicht mehr neu, dafür bietet es die nötige Portion Romantik und echter Bergnostalgie, die mein Mann und ich sehr geschätzt haben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, so dass jeder sein Rückzugsort gefunden hat. Das Haus war beim Bezug im tadellosen Zustand, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich kann diese Ferienlocation nur weiterempfehlen.
