House near the owners’ guesthouse, 100 m², sleeps 6, just 800 m from the ocean and bike paths. Rated Gîtes de France 3 épis, set between forest and ocean in a peaceful environment. Opposite the house, forest trails invite you to walk or cycle.



Ground floor: living/dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds convertible to a king-size bed with fitted sheet provided), landing with desk, separate WC.



You have a private, shaded, enclosed garden with outdoor cold-water shower and two terraces (one to the east with table and sofas, one to the west with table, chairs, and built-in barbecue). TV, free Wi-Fi, parking on the property. Towels, table linen, and bath towels provided.



Beach towels, bath towels, and sheets available on request.



Bed linen rental available for an extra fee. Cleaning option also available for an extra fee.
