We are Leandro and Stefania, and we welcome you to Podere Salceto, a charming 14th-century residence surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Here, you can experience authentic Tuscany, embraced by the beauty of the Casentino hills, Prato Magno, and the rolling Chianti landscape.



The Space:

The apartment has a private entrance and reserved parking, offering a warm, historic atmosphere. It features a cozy living room, a double bedroom, and a spacious masonry kitchen with a fireplace, equipped with every comfort: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a complimentary bottle of Chianti DOCG. The bathroom includes a shower, washer-dryer, and courtesy kit.



Outside, an old stone staircase leads to your private garden—a peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the Tuscan Apennines, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.



Nature & Connections:

The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing convenience: a pleasant 20-minute countryside walk brings you to the center of San Casciano. Thanks to the nearby Florence-Siena link, art cities are within easy reach:

- Public transport: bus stop for Florence/Siena just 300 meters away. Peretola Airport is about 30 minutes by car.
